-----The Essentials----- Name: Ubhal Ryuk High Concept: Everything Little Boys are Made Of Trouble Aspect: The Crawling (and Climbing, and Running, and Jumping) Chaos Applicable Tropes: Constantly Curious, Hates Baths, In Harmony With Nature, Innocently Insensitive, Muscles Are Meaningless, No Sense of Personal Space, Scarily Competent TrackerQuote: "You smell like old people." Theme: "Goodnight Demon Slayer" -- Voltaire -----Physical Description----- Age / Year: I'm nine! NINE. Nine is the best age EVER. The grown-ups say I'm too young to take classes yet, but I sneak into some of 'em anyways. Hair / Eyes / Skintone: My eyes're brown! Dad says they look kinda like momma's, but I don't know 'cause I never met 'er. My hair's real curly, but I don't never brush it, so it kinda clumps together, which is REALLY COOL. It's black 'less I haven't had a bath in awhile. Then it's just brown. My skin's kinda the same way, 'cept it's lightish-brown when it's clean 'steada black. Cultural Distinction Where I'm From: I've lived here long's I can remember. I don't know where Dad's from, but there's probably lotsa forest there. Build: I'm short yet, but I'm growin'! I'm gonna be big an' strong when I grow up, jus' like Dad. I'm stronger than most kids my age already. I know 'cause I broke a kid's arm by mistake when we were playin' tackle football an' now I'm not allowed to play no more. Distinguishing Characteristics Other Stuff: I like wearin' foresty-colors. Greens an' browns. Some'a the teachers say I need new clothes 'cause I play too hard an' they get tore real easy, but I like 'em better that way anyhow. I don't never wear shoes 'less I have to, 'cause they're DUMB. -----Capabilities----- Magic / Magic Rating: I'm too young for that kinda stuff. Skills / Talents: I'm really really REALLY good at playin' an' all kinds of outdoors stuff. I'm the best tree-climber around, an' I know how to swim. Oh, an' I'm really good with smells. Equipment Toys: I got a slingshot! -----Characterization----- Personality What I'm Like: I'll play with just about anybody, so long as they're not jerks. I'd rather play outside than inside, though. Climbin' is more fun than readin' any day. I get really excited about stuff sometimes. Like bugs! Bugs're AWESOME. Flaws / Defects Stuff Grown-Ups Get Mad About: I'm loud an' I say stuff that makes grown-ups mad an' I don't like sharin' an' I can't sit still. Plus, I like playin' pranks 'cause it's funny. Grown-ups just don't know what funny is. Social Classification Who I Play With: The other kids my age don't always like me, so I play with the big kids sometimes instead. Goals / Aspirations: I wanna grow up an' be just like Dad. He's really big an' strong, an' he knows EVERYTHING. -----History----- Family: Mom's dead, but I've got Dad, so it's okay. Background Then: I've been here FOREVER. Dad usedta live somewhere else, but I don't remember so it doesn't count. Blue says this place is his 'cause he's been here longer, but he's too big to fit in all the secret spots, an' those're MINE. I'm the best at hide an' seek 'cause I know all the spots. ALL OF THEM. When I was little I usedta get scared'a the dark sometimes, so Dad started takin' me huntin'. Mr. Cers was worried Dad was startin' me too young, but I picked up on it real quick. Now I'm not scared'a nothin'! Present State of Events Now: I'm startin' school next year, an' I'm real excited! Plus, I got somethin' EPIC lined up for Foolsday.

-----Getting Involved----- Who are you? Cedric Delane How long have you known this person?Hmm...I'm really not sure...maybe three or four years. How well would you say that you know him/her? Not really too well, but that's ok he's pretty fun to be around. How often do you interact with or spend time with him/her? We play games pretty often, Ubhal is really good at pretending and acting stories. Like, when other people have trouble he can keep right up, it's really cool. What are your feelings toward him/her? He and I are friends, although sometimes it bothers me just a little bit when he watches me when I draw...it feels like he's breathing down my neck or something. Do you respect him/her? Why, or why not? I do, he's pretty nice and he has a lot of imagination and I dunno...he's not a bully or mean which is always good. How do you treat him/her? Do you act differently in public than in private? Not really, sometimes we tease each other but it's nothing bad. How often do you disagree with or argue with him/her? Hardly ever, although sometimes we have different ideas of what we should do. Although, whenever that happens we usually just combine them, which can come for some pretty...interesting results. Do the two of you ever compete with each other, directly or indirectly? Only when we are playing a game when one of us is the bad guy while the other is the hero. Do you have any nicknames, pet names, or insults you frequently use to refer to him/her? I don't know, sometimes I refer to him as a dragon because he likes to play one so much. Which I can understand, because dragons are pretty cool. What is your best memory of him/her? It'd be hard to pick out a favorite one, although he did really seem to like the stories about Zander Teyrule, those games always seem so much more alive. What is your worst memory of him/her? ...I'm not sure if I want to talk about it. He...pantsed me, which is normally a good joke but...it went a little...far...in front of some people. What is his/her greatest strength as a person? He's got a lot of energy and a great imagination. He reminds me a lot of how I was at his age. What is his/her greatest weakness? Sometimes I've noticed its hard for him to focus but, I have trouble keeping attention to one thing too, so it's ok.

-----Getting Involved----- Who are you?Reno Voltaire How long have you known this person?Ha! Since b'fore he could do much more'n gurgle an' squeak! How well would you say that you know him/her?Well enough t'know he's gonna be a holy fuckin' terror when he finally notices tits! How often do you interact with or spend time with him/her?I see the squirt every damn day, y'know? He's like me, if I'da been feral, or summat. What are your feelings toward him/her?If I ever fuck up an' get married, end up with a son, y'know, I'd be all right with him bein' like the tot. ...'Course, my luck I'll get a li'l girl version of me. Y'know, fate bein' a bitch an' all. Do you respect him/her? Why, or why not?As much's I respect anybody. 'Course, the nestlin' earns it. How do you treat him/her? Do you act differently in public than in private?I treat the anklebiter like a spare siblin'. Y'know, one I never wanted. That don't matter who's 'round. How often do you disagree with or argue with him/her?Sprat thinks he ain't never gonna be interested in sexytimes. I, accourse, know he's wrong. Do the two of you ever compete with each other, directly or indirectly?Sometimes he likes t'fight. I usually don't. Still, I'm willin' t'humour him. He's pretty tough, for a runt. Do you have any nicknames, pet names, or insults you frequently use to refer to him/her?Runt, sprout, kid, sprat, pup, spud, tot, boy, anklebiter, brat, squirt, nestling, urchin, imp, mite, nipper, cub, moppet...shit like that. What is your best memory of him/her?So, 'fore th'imp could babble proper-like, he was runnin' an' climbin' okay, an' scrambled up on Cersie's head, right? That was pretty well funny enough, but then th' tot snatches his diaper off an' straight shits right on Gin Blossom's Papa Bear's head. What is your worst memory of him/her?...That ain't none of your fuckin' business. What is his/her greatest strength as a person?Moppet's un-fuckin'-imaginably brave. What is his/her greatest weakness? ...Or maybe just stupid. Hard t'say.

-----Getting Involved----- Who are you?Juniper Anja Simone How long have you known this person? For the length and breadth of his tenure at this academy. How well would you say that you know him/her?Well enough, i suppose. Master Ryuk frequently comissioned me to babysit him when we were younger. How often do you interact with or spend time with him/her?That varies based upon his whims. He will visit me each day for a solid week without fail, then avoid me for a like period. What are your feelings toward him/her?He is...only barely fathomable. I enjoy his company none the less. Do you respect him/her? Why, or why not?He speaks his mind, which is respectable after a fashion. How do you treat him/her? Do you act differently in public than in private?I treat him as I would treat anyone; in a fashion commensurate with his treatment of myself. How often do you disagree with or argue with him/her?Rarely, if ever. Do the two of you ever compete with each other, directly or indirectly? Not that I am aware of. Do you have any nicknames, pet names, or insults you frequently use to refer to him/her?No. What is your best memory of him/her?When Ubhal was still rather young, he leapt from my tree, where I was reading him a story, and landed squarely upon Junior Longwin's head. Junior Longwin did not handle it well, however, to my great amusement, I discovered that Ubhal was adept enough to use Longwin's hair to steer him flailing into the fountain. What is your worst memory of him/her?Have you, perchance, had occasion to change a diaper without forewarning that the "crossbow" may yet be loaded? What is his/her greatest strength as a person? He will doubtlessly grow to be very much like his father. What is his/her greatest weakness? ...Have you met his father?

-----Getting Involved----- Who are you?Rena Voltaire How long have you known this person? As long as he's been here. How well would you say that you know him/her?He's my friend, so I suppose I know him pretty well. How often do you interact with or spend time with him/her?Oh...Um, sometimes. What are your feelings toward him/her?I like him, even though he thinks girls are icky. Do you respect him/her? Why, or why not?Of course! Should I not? How do you treat him/her? Do you act differently in public than in private?Um...Good. No. How often do you disagree with or argue with him/her?Not at all, that I know of. Do the two of you ever compete with each other, directly or indirectly? Not that I know of? Do you have any nicknames, pet names, or insults you frequently use to refer to him/her?I don't think so. What is your best memory of him/her?Well, we really don't spend very much time together...I mean, I'm sorry, but I guess I'm too shy...regardless, I do tend to enjoy his reaction to offers of apples and honey. What is your worst memory of him/her?I got him to join me at a tea party once. If my ruined dress is any indication, he doesn't much care for tea. What is his/her greatest strength as a person? He's really, really brave. What is his/her greatest weakness? ...On the other hand, Father says "Bravery is not a lack of fear, but the personal strength to power through that fear, to do the right thing in the face of danger. A lack of fear is...nothing more than foolishness which will one day result in tragedy." ...And I'm not sure Ubhal is capable of fear.
